On February 10, 2012 a Meagan June Croxford was arrested by a Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Deputy on February 14, 2012 on a Felony Warrant for a parole violation out of the state of Oregon and she was also remanded to the custody of the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Detention Facility.

Wolf Point City Police Officer arrested Alexander Alvin Abellon a Felony Warrant for a parole violation out of the state of Oregon and remanded him to the custody of the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Detention Facility.

Croxford and Abell were arraigned on February 15, 2012, they both waived extradition back to Oregon.

On February 14, 2012 Royce BirdsBill Sr was arrested by a Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Deputy on a Felony Federal Warrant for a parole violation and was remanded to the custody of the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Detention Facility.

BirdsBill was Transported to Havre by Roosevelt County Detention Staff and released to the custody of the US Marshall’s. He will be taken to a facility in Great Falls, MT and then be arraigned on his charges.

On February 5, 2012 at approximately 1709 hours, a Roosevelt County Deputy effected a traffic stop on US hwy 2 near mm 583 West of Wolf Point after observing a vehicle traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was stopped for speeding and the driver, Timothy Pickett was found to also have a Felony Warrant for Aggravated Assault out of Flathead County, Montana.

Pickett was remanded to the custody of the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Detention staff on a $10,000 bond. Pickett was also cited for Speeding and Driving while Suspended or Revoked.
